Cocktail recipe Hot Toddy
- Place a lemon, a lime, and an orange wedge into a milk pitcher and muddle
- Add star anise, a cinnamon stick, a clove and a pinch of ground nutmeg
- Pour in 0.35 oz of grenadine syrup and 5 oz of boiling water
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
- Filter into a heated cup
- Place the cinnamon from the milk pitcher into the cup
- Serve with a tartlet filled with dried plum, dried apricots and an apple wedge, all covered in honey
