Cocktail recipe Clockwork orange
- Place a cinnamon stick into a milk pitcher
- Pour in 0.35 oz of honey, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 5 oz of orange juice and 2 oz of white rum
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
- Pour into a warmed cup
- Serve with a tartlet with dried apricots, dried plum and an apple wedge covered in honey
