Cocktail recipe Apple mulled wine
- Place a small apple wedge into a milk pitcher
- Pour in 0.5 oz of honey and 5 oz of dry red wine
- Add 1 bar spoon of vanilla granulated sugar, orange and lemon zests, 3 cloves, a star anise and a cinnamon stick
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
- Pour into an Irish coffee glass
- Garnish with apple peel
