Cocktail recipe Apricot mulled wine
- Place 3 bar spoons of apricot jam, a quarter of an orange and lemon zest into a milk pitcher
- Pour in 5 oz of dry red wine and 0.75 oz of cognac
- Add 3 cloves and a cinnamon stick
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
- Pour into an Irish coffee glass
- Garnish with apricot halves on a cocktail skewer
