Sea buckthorn jam

Jam made from small yellow berries which grow in deciduous thorny shrubs, mostly on the Atlantic coast of Europe and in northwest China. The ripe fruit is boiled with sugar until homogenized. A bar spoon can hold 0.15 oz of jam.
