Cocktail recipe Sea buckthorn mulled wine
- Place 2 bar spoons of sea buckthorn into a milk pitcher
- Add a small orange wedge, lemon zest, 3 cloves and a cinnamon stick
- Pour in 5 oz of dry red wine and 0.35 oz of triple sec
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
- Pour into an Irish coffee glass
- Garnish with a thyme sprig
