Cocktail recipe Hot apple
- Place star anise into a milk pitcher
- Pour in 0.15 oz of lime juice, 5 oz of apple juice and 1.5 oz of Drambuie
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
- Strain into a cup
- Garnish with the star anise
- Serve with a tartlet filled with dried apricots, dried plum and an apple wedge, covered in honey
