Cocktail recipe Blackberry tea
- Place 5 blackberries and 1/2 a bar spoon of granulated cane sugar into a milk pitcher and muddle
- Add 1 oz of honey, a clove and a cinnamon stick broken in halves
- Pour in 2 oz of cranberry juice and 4 oz of still water
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
- Pour through a sieve into an Irish coffee glass
- Garnish with lemon zest and 2 blackberries on cocktail skewers
