Cocktail recipe Taiga tea
- Place 1 oz of honey, a cinnamon stick broken in halves and 1 clove into a milk pitcher
- Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters and 5 oz of boiling water
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
- Finely strain into Irish coffee glass
- Add a pinch of ground nutmeg
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and a mint sprig
