Cocktail recipe Toddy grog
- Place finely-chopped orange and lemon quarters into an Irish coffee glass
- Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and 2 cloves
- Pour in 0.75 oz of grenadine syrup and 2 oz of dark rum
- Top up with hot black tea and stir gently
- Garnish with carambola and a mint sprig
