Cocktail recipe Exotic grog
- Place finely-chopped wedges of orange, lemon and apple into an Irish coffee glass
- Add 2 cloves, a pinch of ground cinnamon and ground black pepper
- Pour in 0.5 oz of passionfruit syrup, 0.5 oz of coconut syrup and 1.5 oz of white rum
- Top up with hot black tea and stir gently
- Garnish with a kiwi wheel
