Cocktail recipe Raspberry tea
- Place 5 raspberries, 3 bar spoons of granulated sugar into a milk pitcher and muddle
- Add 1.5 oz of honey and 5 oz of still water
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
- Pour into an Irish coffee glass
- Garnish with raspberries on a cocktail skewer and lemon zest
