Cocktail recipe Mexican daiquiri
- Place a quarter of peeled and chopped avocado into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of agave syrup and 2 oz of gold rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf
