Cocktail recipe Papuan
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 2 ginger root wedges and 1 pineapple wedge into a shaker
- Add 2 bar spoons of granulated sugar and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of yellow apple liqueur, 0.5 oz of Maraschino liqueur and 1.5 oz of white rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with pineapple leaves
