Cocktail recipe Jamaican mule
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 6 slices of ginger root into a juicer and juice
- Place 4 cucumber slices into a shaker and muddle
- Add 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of ginger root juice and 2 oz of dark rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Garnish with a slice of ginger root and cucumber wheels
