Cocktail recipe The sixth sense
- Place 1 large slice of ginger root into a highball glass and muddle
- Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.35 oz of honey syrup, 1 oz of lemongrass syrup and 1.5 oz of raspberry vodka
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a raspberry rubbed in sugar inside a lime half
