Cocktail recipe Acute tropicana
- Fill a red wine glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 3 pineapple wedges, a ginger root wedge into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of silver tequila
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the red wine glass
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf
