Cocktail recipe Gin mule
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 2 slices of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 1 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the highball glass
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a slice of ginger root
