Cocktail recipe Chamomile lemonade
- A one-quart pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
- Fill a pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
- Place 6 slices of ginger root into a juicer and juice
- Pour 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of ginger root juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup, 2 oz of honey syrup and 15 oz of chamomile tea into the pitcher
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with a large chili pepper
