Cocktail recipe Strawberry sling
- Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 7 strawberries, a slice of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
- Add 0.5 oz of lemon juice and 0.35 oz of sugar syrup
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the sling glass
- Top up with Sprite and stir gently
- Garnish with a strawberry and a mint sprig on a cocktail skewer
