Cocktail recipe Winter cherry
- Fill a collins glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of heavy cream, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup, 2 oz of cherry juice and 2 oz of gin into a shaker
- Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the glass
- Top up with club soda
- Garnish with a Maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
