Cocktail recipe Gold rush
- Place a slice of ginger root, seeds from pomegranate wedge into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of passionfruit syrup, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a Maraschino cherry with a slice of ginger root on two cocktail skewers
