Cocktail recipe Lucky ticket
- Place an ice cube into a cocktail glass
- Place 3 small pineapple wedges into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of homemade fructose syrup and 2 oz of white rum
- Add 5 dashes of homemade cardamom bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into a chilled champagne saucer
- Garnish with a lime leaf and wrap the glass with kraft paper
