Cocktail recipe Bengal
- Fill the rocks glass with ice cubes.
- Place 2 pineapple slices in the shaker and muddle
- Pour 1 oz of lemon juice and 0.65 oz of pineapple syrup into the shaker
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, 0.5 oz of Triple Sec, and 2 oz of gold rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and gently shake
- Pour through the strainer and sieve into the rocks glass
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a dried orange wheel
