Cocktail recipe Penicillin #2
- Fill the rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice and 0.5 oz of ginger syrup into a shaker
- Add a pinch of salt, 0.5 oz of agave syrup, and 2 oz of Islay single-malt whisky
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and gently shake
- Strain into the glass
