Cocktail recipe Rory
- Place a celery stalk and 1 bar spoon of caster sugar into a shaker
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 1 oz of pineapple juice and 1.5 oz of Irish whiskey
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a celery leaf and a red Maraschino cherry
- Serve on a tray with an orange half, filled with raspberries and a celery leaf
