Cocktail recipe Eggnog
- Mix 5 quail egg yolks and 0.75 oz of honey in a milk pitcher
- Pour in 1.75 oz of light cream and 5 oz of milk
- Heat the cocktail with the steam from a coffee machine, but do not bring to a boil
- Pour into an Irish coffee glass
- Add a pinch of ground nutmeg and garnish with cookie
