Cocktail recipe French eggnog
- Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 0.75 oz of honey, 2 oz of light cream, 2.5 oz of milk and 0.5 oz of cognac into a milk pitcher
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
- Pour into an Irish coffee glass
- Garnish with cookie and dark chocolate flakes
