Cocktail recipe Honey Versailles
- Place blackberries into a heated frying pan and add 0.35 oz of honey
- Stir on low heat until mixture reaches a uniform consistency
- Add a stalk of lemon grass, 0.35 oz of triple sec liqueur and 2 oz of cognac
- Set the contents of the frying pan on fire, and let them burn a little bit
- Finely strain into a cognac glass
