Cocktail recipe Spanish eggnog
- Fill a hurricane glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 3 oz of milk, 0.75 oz of white cacao liqueur and 1.5 oz of cognac into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the hurricane glass
- Garnish with grated dark chocolate
