Cocktail recipe The stone-cold latte
- Place 0.3 oz of full-leaf green tea and 3 oz of milk into the pitcher
- Mix and heat without reaching a boil
- Pour 0.7 oz of sugar syrup and 3 oz of tea into the shaker
- Add 0.35 oz of cognac and 1 oz of soju
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Pour through a strainer and sieve into a chilled glass
- Garnish with a thyme sprig and anise
