Cocktail recipe Cross country
- Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes
- Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of passionfruit syrup, 0.5 oz of amaro and 1.5 oz of rye whiskey into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Squeeze an orange wedge and garnish the cocktail with it
