A French wine aperitif, produced from a combination of red Bordeaux wines with fruit liqueurs. While the wine is maturing, the peels of sweet and bitter oranges and quinine are infused in brandy spirits. Then all the components are mixed together and kept in oak barrels for 8-12 months.
