Cocktail recipe Indian sour
- Rim a sour glass with roasted sesame
- Place a quarter of orange into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 1 oz of quail egg white, 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of cinnamon syrup and 1.5 oz of Scotch whisky
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Finely strain into the chilled sour glass
