Cocktail recipe Exotic sour
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of lemon juice, 1.5 oz of passionfruit syrup and 1.5 oz of Scotch whisky into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with half a passionfruit
