Cocktail recipe Blackcurrant lemonade
- A one-quart pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
- Fill a pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
- Place 15 bar spoons of blackcurrant jam into a shaker
- Pour in 1.25 oz of macadamia syrup and 1.5 oz of lemon juice
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the pitcher
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with blackcurrant berries and an orchid
