| Green basil | 0.5 | oz |

Cocktail recipe Basil lemonade
- A one-quart pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
- Fill the pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
- Place a small peeled and chopped cucumber and 12 leaves of green basil into a blender
- Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice and 1.5 oz of lychee syrup
- Blend without ice
- Pour into the pitcher
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with strawberry halves and a sprig of green basil
