Cocktail recipe Truffle sour
- Pour 3.5 oz of truffle oil over 10 quail eggs in the shell
- Stir gently and let it infuse for 4-6 hours
- This will be enough for 5 portions
- Pour 0.35 oz of truffle oil-infused quail egg white, 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of Irish whiskey into a shaker
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Strain into a sour glass
- Garnish with lemon zest
