Cocktail recipe The tower of power sour
- Pour 1 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of aged bourbon into a shaker
- Add 2 bar spoons of cranberry jam with port
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Finely strain into a sour glass
