Cocktail recipe Tennessee coffee
- Fill a goblet glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup, 0.35 oz of coffee liqueur and 2 oz of bourbon into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the goblet glass
- Garnish with orange zest
