Cocktail recipe Absinthe sour
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour 1 oz of lemon juice, 1 oz of sugar syrup and 1 oz of absinthe into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with an absinthe spoon and lemon zest
