| Coriander | 0.1 | oz |

Cocktail recipe Fargo
- Cut the top of a sweet bell pepper and remove its seeds
- Fill the pepper to the top with crushed ice
- Place a half of another sweet bell pepper, 10 chopped coriander leaves into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the pepper
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a coriander sprig
