Cocktail recipe Red basil smash
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 15 Sichuan peppercorns and 10 red basil leaves into a shaker
- Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with lemon zest and a sprig of red basil
