How to Make the Not a Margarita
- A bottle should serve about 10 rocks glasses
- Pour 7 oz of honey vinegar and 2 oz of mandarin vinegar into the blender
- Add 5 oz of agave syrup and 13 oz of homemade vanilla mezcal
- Blend gently
- Strain through the cheesecloth into a bottle
- Place 3 peapods into a shaker and muddle
- Add 2 oz of passionfruit
- Pour out 27 oz of the mixture from the bottle and shake gently
- Strain through a strainer and sieve into the rocks glass
- Garnish with samphire
