Cocktail recipe Rosemary cooler
- Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place 2 sprigs of rosemary and the pulp from half a passionfruit into a shaker and muddle
- Pour 2 oz of pineapple juice, 0.5 oz of mango syrup and 1.5 oz of gold rum into the shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the sling glass
- Garnish with a quarter of a passionfruit
