Cocktail recipe Cherry-infused rum
- Fill a 2-quart jar 3/4 of the way with frozen cherries, without pressing them down, and add 7 oz of caster sugar
- Top up with white rum
- Close the jar and leave it for 2 weeks
- The cherry-infused rum is ready when berries begin to float
