Cocktail recipe Malecon
- Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.35 oz of oloroso sherry, 0.5 oz of tawny port and 1.5 oz of white rum into a shaker
- Add 2 bar spoons of caster sugar and 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
