Cocktail recipe Mulatto Daisy
- Pour 0.35 oz of galliano into a chilled champagne saucer
- Swish the sides of the champagne saucer with it and drink
- Rim the glass with cocoa powder
- Place 1/2 bar spoon of fennel seeds and 1 bar spoon of caster sugar into a shaker
- Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of dark cacao liqueur and 1.5 oz of white rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the champagne saucer
