Cocktail recipe Sloe-infused calvados
- Fill a 2-quart bottle 3/4 of the way with sloe, without tamping
- Add 6.5 oz of caster sugar, 2 cloves and top up with calvados
- Close the jar and infuse for 3 weeks
- The infusion is ready when the berries begin to float
