Cocktail recipe Blackcurrant-infused gin
- Place grated zest of a whole lemon into a 2-quart jar
- Fill the jar 3/4 of the way with blackcurrants without tamping
- Add 10 oz of caster sugar and top up with gin
- Close the jar and infuse for 2-3 weeks
- The infusion is ready when the berries begin to float
